Dr. Richard A. Kraut graduated with his dental degree in 1968 from New York University College of Dentistry, New York. He completed his internship at United States Army Hospital, Fort Ord, CA. Dr. Kraut completed his oral and maxillofacial residency at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center, Garrison, Colorado. He completed a second residency at Brooke Army Medical Center, For Sam Houston, TX. Dr. Kraut also completed his fellowship at the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.
